Scott is the best of the best. I went through a painful, long, drawn out divorce, and my ex-husband played with my heart and my head. I so easily could have been manipulated and taken advantage of, but Scott stood by me from the beginning, every step of the way. Whatever my needs were at any given moment, whether it was legal, hooking me up with a needed adjunct professional, or just giving emotional support (and telling me to breathe), Scott was my man. I truly would never have gotten through it without him. He walked me through many processes that I was unfamiliar with and wasn't comfortable until he knew that I understood. He was compassionate, professional, and did he best to streamline our lengthy process (our fault, not his) to keep costs as low as he could for me. Additionally, he made sure that I received everything I was entitled to. I sought him out because he was highly recommended by other women who used him for mediation (I was originally going to hire him as a mediator but my ex didn't want to go that route, so he became my lawyer), and I'm so glad I did. Scott put together a Will, POA, and health proxy for me and my husband. He was very thorough and made the whole process so easy. We were able to complete mostly everything through e-mail. He also worked around our work schedules and came to our house to sign all the documents and organized a notary to come with him. This was a huge help to us since we have a 4 month old at home!
